We swing by on schedule, grab your full bins, and handle the rest. If you’re filling up faster than expected, just holler, we’ll arrange an extra pickup in no time.

Can our library or friends group receive payment for materials?
Yes! Reach out to our team to learn more about our payment solutions!
Do you only accept Books?
Nope! We take most of the materials your library handles, including books, CDs, DVDs, Blu-rays, audiobooks, encyclopedia sets, and more. Reach out to us for our full criteria sheet.
How big are your rolling bins?
Our standard rolling bins measure 42” x 30” x 37”. They typically hold 350-450 books.
What if we don’t have space for rolling bins?
No problem! While most libraries use our standard rolling bins, we offer other alternatives. From smaller bin sizes, box pickups, or having our team load our bins directly from your shelves, we can accommodate for any limitation.
Do you offer post-sale removals?
Yes! Post-sale removal services are provided for all partner locations. Is your library interested in a one-time post-sale pickup? Reach out to discuss your options.
How do we determine the right pickup schedule?
A quick conversation with our team will help us estimate how many bins your library needs and how often pickups should occur. We’ll tailor a schedule that works for you.
What if our bins fill up before the scheduled pickup?
Our goal is to prevent bins from filling up early using our regular and recurring pickup system. If this happens, just let us know, and we’ll arrange an expedited pickup. If we notice an uptick in early pickups, we will proactively adjust your schedule or provide your location with additional bins to better suit your needs.
Where do the books go?
Once collected, materials are processed at our warehouse in Franklin Park. Some are sold online to cover operational costs, while others are redistributed and recycled. We work with organizations like World of Books, Bernie’s Book Bank, local bookstores, and other charitable organizations. If there's a specific group you'd like us to support, let us know!
